Celebration
What an amazing vacation, from the professional driver waiting for us at the airport to the first walk up the stairs at Casa Paloma and the breathtaking view of the Pacific it was fantastic. The arrangements made for us by Ernesto, catered meals, tequila tasting were spot on, he is a true professional. The daily housekeeper was wonderful and left the place meticulous everyday. The property was beyond our expectations and was perfect for our Son’s 30th birthday celebration, many thanks Dennis we’ll be back.

Casa Paloma is where to stay
Everything about Casa Paloma was perfect, 12 people did not feel full. All of the central areas of Sayulita are walking distance and the property was admired by all of us.

Beautiful house in a great location in Sayulita
Our family of 13, including 2 young children, stayed in early December of 2019. We really enjoyed being close to town since we only had one rental car amongst us and the views from the house are fabulous. There are many hang out zones around the house and we enjoyed them all; especially the rooftop deck under the palapa with the hammock and days beds. Many a siesta was taken up there during our stay. The pool was perfect and a lot of fun every day after the beach and before dinner. We all really enjoyed the easy walk to town and the beach and all the great restaurants in town. We also really appreciated having Dora cook us a couple of great meals at the house. She also helped us with getting a birthday cake during our stay and it was delicious!
The grounds are very well kept and all of the decor inside the house is authentic and beautiful. This was a big plus for me. The layout of the house is a little funny; the rooms downstairs have their own kitchen, which is nice, but a bit cumbersome to get to the upstairs kitchen and living area, where we spend a lot of time because of the view being so great. (the house has a lot of stairs! They’re well-lit at night and very do-able, my kids didn’t complain too much but I definitely didn’t realize how many stairs there were until we got there.

Wow!! Amazing
We had the best time at Casa Paloma and Casa Soñadora! We had a large group of 18 and Dennis’s team was incredible at helping me arrange transportation, groceries, a cook, and in-house massages for my fiancé’s and my joint bachelor/bachelorette party. Everyone was so impressed with the houses, and we spent most of our time hanging out on one of the many decks with a view and in the pool. We will be back for sure!

Unbeatable location and AMAZING house!!! Highly recommend!
My friends and I just got back from Casa Paloma and we could not have been happier! The location is absolutely unbeatable! There is a pathway into downtown literally right outside the front door- this made things so easy for us when navigating our way in and out of town after a few too many margaritas. The view from every spot in the house is absolutely stunning, and we loved the open air concept and traditional decor. The check in was seamless, and all of the information provided to us prior to arriving was extremely helpful (such as BRING BUG SPRAY if you are walking around at night!) There were 10 of us ladies on a girls weekend, and there was more than enough space for all- we didn’t even end up using one of the bedrooms. The house staff was even more kind and helpful than words can describe- from Ernesto greeting us at the house and answering all of our questions, to the sweet cleaning lady who tended to the house each day with the biggest smile on her face, to the maintenance man who helped us with turning on our AC units, and the security guard who ensured we felt safe at night. The pool was incredible- perfect temperature, and even had a bathroom and shower right next to it so you didn’t have to walk inside. The house provided ample beach towels, as well as separate shower towels. Safes in every room. Locks on every door. Really just an overall incredible experience. We will definitely be back!

Best views and location, and just BEAUTIFUL all around!
My friends and I just left Casa Paloma and had the most AMAZING stay! We had 10 ladies for a girls trip and had more than enough room for everyone- we didn’t even end up using one of the rooms because there was so much space. The common living area was where we spent a lot of time and it had the most incredible views! The pool was absolutely perfect, and the rooftop was beautiful. Each of the rooms had their own bathroom which was great, and there was even a separate bathroom and shower by the pool. The staff at the house was incredible- from Ernesto, the house manager, providing us all of the info we needed for smooth check in, to the maintenance helping us figure out our AC units, and the kind cleaning lady who did a wonderful job tidying up each day. The best part was the closeness to town- the pathway to walk right into the downtown is literally next to the house. Also, security kept us feeling very safe at night. I highly recommend staying at Casa Paloma to anyone!!!

This is a beautiful well appointed home in a perfect location!
This home is beautiful with a great swimming pool. The location is great because you’re at the edge of town so you can walk to shopping and restaurants, we didn’t need a car or a golf cart.
Dora the house keeper and cook was a gem and Ernesto the house manager was very helpful prior to our arrival. We had a wonderful week and have already recommended this home to friends.

Beautiful home with Incredible views
Had a wonderful vacation December 2017. Casa Paloma is a beautiful and comfortable home with THE most INCREDIBLE views of Sayulita’s coast. The house was spacious for our group of 10 — we all had privacy as well as the ability to spend happy time together. AMAZING LOCATION. Such a lovely, and easy, walk down the hill to the beach and town. Ernesto (the property manager) and Dora (the house keeper) were great. It was truly a pleasure to be hosted by such happy and honest locals. And we felt extra-safe knowing there is a security guard who patrols the 4 Dreamer Circle houses every night. Ernesto arranged our transportation and the drivers were good (and safe). The whole experience left me wanting more. I am dreaming of returning again soon!!!

Sayulita Star
Just returned from a wonderful trip to Sayulita. Its our second trip and we went with a group of friends. We all stayed at Casa Paloma and everyone was extremely pleased with the property. We all felt how fortunate we were to be able to truly enjoy ourselves, not only while staying in the exceptional Casa Paloma but also the enjoyment of Sayulita itself. There are so many great features associated with the property, but also the amazing location. Just above the town itself. Casa Paloma has a unique feeling of being at a distance from town so you have an experience of being somewhat set apart, however, you’re quite surprised to discover you’re only a short 5 minute walk away from the beach and town center. Casa Paloma is so much fun. It has a luxurious quality to it with so many details accounted for. The open spaciousness combined with beautiful Mexican art pieces add to its enjoyment. The main thing I noticed was how the property lends itself to utter relaxation – which is precisely what I so desperately needed. So congratulations to the owners and all the staff that helped create this extraordinary opportunity for me and the rest of our group.

Fantastic Vacation!
Aaah, sitting on the rooftop veranda – smoking a cigar, having coffee, and gazing down at the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Does it get any better than this?
I checked out the breathtaking pictures of Casa Paloma online prior to making the trip, so I was expecting a lot. And I got a lot more than I expected!
We were eight of us in our party, and we could have fit quite a few more. Casa Paloma is big, open and absolutely gorgeous! The architecture is superb – open spaces, archways, many beautifully furnished patios, and a wonderful pool. The owners, Dennis and Joan, have filled the estate with amazing Mexican folk art, sourced from all over Mexico. Spend a few minutes with one of the yarn paintings – the craftsmanship is world class and it will blow your mind knowing that anybody could even do that.
At the same time, the villa is relaxing and inviting, and not the least bit stuffy. It’s a perfect place to just sit with friends around a table (inside or out – you’ve got plenty of choices) drinking tequila and solving the world’s problems in style and comfort.
We were fortunate to be there when Dennis and Joan were in town. They were delightful guides, and their staff (Dora, Ernesto, and Santos) took such wonderful care of us that it felt like home (I could only be so lucky!)
A short walk to the beach and downtown Sayulita, and you are in the midst of a vibrant, hip, Mexican surfing village. The food is fantastic (and cheap!) and of course, the ocean is warm and wonderful. My wife also loved all the interesting and artistic shops that fill the town.
All of the above notwithstanding – I had one major gripe with Casa Paloma. That is that I had to leave and go home, and couldn’t stay there for the rest of my life! What’s up with that, anyway? They need to do something about that!

A 7******* rating….best accommodations in Sayulita!
Our Sayulita vacation was made perfect by starting with the most excellent accommodations at Casa Paloma.
Upon arrival, it seemed difficult to take in the totality of this exquisite environment that our “Hacienda” offered. We had been delivered to a piece of paradise. The fountain, located just outside of the tall adobe wall, greeted us with a sweet, gentle cooling in the Sayulita warmth. The beautiful native architecture with its archways and open air allowed a breeze to continually breathe through the house. A lovely sculpture adorned the doorway. Theatrical native costumes tastefully flanked the entry. The entry spilled into a dining area that would be filled with wonderful gathering memories. In the dining area the windows captured the ocean before us, which could be viewed at all levels of Casa Paloma. Our rooms too, were lovely, accented with the art that Joan and Dennis had collected throughout Mexico. Some of my favorite pieces were the lamps that bordered the bed on the side tables. They were plump almost cartoon~like rich lime green Cacti shapes with red berry fruits and birds that Joan had found in the back of an abandoned room in an Hispanic antique shop. (I would have bought them also). Even our showers were works of art…sinuous stones in happy shapes. Just outside our garden patio (to the left) was a beautiful swimming pool draped by palm trees and larger than life ferns.
To have this exquisite environment to spring from into Sayulita was perfect. It allowed us to be on a continual high of luxury in paradise.
“Traveling” to town was incredibly easy. I call the path to town ”Mini Lombardini” with its Hibiscus blooms, succulents and a variety of exotic flowers. Everything was accessible from our castle at the top of the hill. Fine dining was just a few moments from the house. Massage, manicures and shopping were also minutes away. (I also recommend a tent massage on the beach.) If you have kids there are surfing lessons, boat rentals, kayaking, and lots of ocean to play in. There is even horseback riding. On “Mini Lombardini” we met up with a family who was staying in another Dreamer Circle Property rental and happily confessed that they had been coming and staying at this very same rental for the last three years and thought it was the best in Sayulita. On Friday nights there is a Mariachi band in the middle of the town square. After dining, dancing is the perfect way to end the day. I recommend it, feel free to kick up your heals. And to cap it all off a gelato for the way home.
English is spoken throughout Sayulita, but if you know any Spanish at all, the natives appreciate any effort and are willing to help you learn even more!
I give Dreamer Circle Properties 7 Stars!!!
Hasta pronto en Sayulita!,– Carole E.

40 Year Celebration
We rented Casa Paloma for an anniversary celebration with our adult children and 4 grandchildren (8,5,3 and 1). The house is absolutely perfect. Everyone had their own space, yet the common areas were large enough to accommodate our whole group. The staff took wonderful care of us. Ernesto arranged a cook for several meals. The town of Sayulita is absolutely charming… big enough to be of interest for the week, yet small enough to be intimate. The house could not be in a more perfect location. We took the walking path to the bottom and then just one block to beach or town. This house would be perfect for almost any group, families with kids (some caution around decks) couples. Absolutely no car necessary with this house.

Will never stay anywhere else in Sayulita!
For my 40th birthday, myself and a group of 14 adults and children stayed at Casa Paloma and Villa Colina for 9 days. We rented the golf cart and had Dora, the housekeeper and beautiful chef, prepare many meals for us. It was very hot so having the A/C to sleep at night in all the bedrooms was essential for us – we live in Nor Cal and aren’t use to the heat. The views, the design of the homes, the tile, art, linens, everything is done with great skill and consideration. Dennis greeted us when we arrived and all week, our property manager, Ernesto, was available night and day to help with anything. He arranged massages, meals, transportation and even helped us when a major storm took the electricity out for a few hours. It was a special, peaceful trip and I am so very grateful to have found these homes.

Couldn’t dream a better Sayulita experience.
Everything about our stay at Casa Paloma was incredible. From the start, excellent lines of communication were established and the whole booking process was exceptional. Our group was picked up through the transportation service provided, and a spacious air conditioned van brought us to the beautiful residence that is Casa Paloma. The pictures do not do this property justice, it is the best place to stay in Sayulita for many, many reasons. I would highly recommend this property to anybody and will definitely be staying here again. While staying at Casa Paloma you can expect impeccable service, breathtaking views and an environment that promotes a communal feel while having the space for privacy if you want it. It is tastefully decorated with love and thought put into every detail – it is the perfect getaway. Thank you so much to all the staff who made this special occasion even better.

Would go again…
Great property, great owners, the description online doesn’t do it justice. the location was perfect, close but not too close to beach and town… A five min walk to either at most. Each suite has its own bathroom. The property is well designed and maintained. Comparable to luxury hotels at punta mita. This worked perfectly for two large families, but can be suited for just one.

Family gathering for a 60th birthday!!!
This is our second stay at Casa Paloma and we loved it more! From seeing Ernesto again and asking Dora to cook us another b-day meal of shrimp and fish, we were well taken care of. The house is beautiful, and accommodated our group of 8 adults and two kids, ages 11 and 13, perfectly!
We saw the new room addition, so now know we can bring even more family!! and of course! you cannot beat the location. Having three kitchens was amazing. The kitchens allowed everyone to have morning coffee at their own pace!!!!Casa Paloma is the most beautiful villa on the beach! Thank you Ernesto and Dora!!

Casa Paloma!
If you wonder if the pictures of Casa Paloma are telling a true story, wonder no more. The view is even better that you see online and the property is exactly as promised. I brought my family of 11 people to Sayulita to celebrate my birthday. We spent a week enjoying the rustic atmosphere of village, the amazing beaches, surfing and the comfort and relaxation of Casa Paloma.
The best part of Casa Paloma is the space. It is simply huge and so well laid out that we could be alone, be together or somewhere in between and be perfectly content. The grounds are lovely, the art in the entire home incredible and the pool is perfect. Views are endless and when we gathered for dinner each evening overlooking the ocean it was magical. It is a handy (and steep) 2 block walk to town and the beach on a good paved path. Bring some bug spray (3 out of 11 of us got mosquito bites), a bathing suit, a few simple pieces of clothing and you’ll be set. Ernesto is a completely competent property manager and can arrange anything you need to supplement your vacation, like a cook. Enjoy Casa Paloma.

Hard to Add Anything New!
Casa Paloma delivers everything it promises: fabulous views, perfect location… proximity to beach and town, terrific staff… including a house manager who goes “above and beyond!” The home itself is extremely well maintained, and any minor issues are immediately addressed. Dora is not only a lovely and capable housekeeper, but a wonderful cook. She provided three delicious dinners for us during our CP week (highly recommend the seafood stuffed chili rellenos, and fish tacos).
The house easily accommodated our party of nine… 6 adults and three children… with a beautiful combination of gathering and private spaces – very easy to be together as well as apart. All of the rooms are beautifully appointed – our five year old granddaughter loved walking around the house and admiring the artwork. The heated pool, with small “wading” area, was a great complement to the beach, especially when we had any of the little ones taking naps, and the others not wanting to be out of the water!
We utilized five of the house’s six bedrooms – all our family needed. If happen to need six, you would want to be aware that while this one is also comfortable and well appointed, it is first floor, facing away from the ocean…a great overflow bedroom option.
This home is one of the most lovely VRBO homes we have rented over the years, completely meeting our expectations. We cannot recommend Casa Paloma highly enough!!

The perfect casa for the perfect vacation!
I recently stayed at Casa Paloma with 10 other friends. We were awestruck when we arrived at the house. The pictures we saw beforehand were beautiful but it was so much better in real life! The house is cozy and spacious and relaxing. The bedrooms are nicely spaced out so that everyone has their own private space. Having three outdoor patios and two common kitchens means that people aren’t tripping over each other. I love that the rooms have doors that can be left open at night to listen to the ocean and enjoy the tropical breeze. The location of the house was perfect! A 5-minute walk to town and the beach, but just out of reach of the noise and crowds. It was a like our own private oasis at the top of the hill. I plan to come back to Sayulita and will certainly stay at Casa Paloma again!!

Casa Paloma was everything and more that we wanted. A great view of the ocean, great accommodations, lovely grounds, wonderful pool, and ease to town. This is a wonderful house for big groups that want to have private rooms, yet enough space to visit or eat together. I worked all week, and the WIFI was quick. Unbelievable Property
We rented Casa Paloma for a family vacation over Christmas week. There were seven of us (two adults and five adult children) and the villa worked out perfectly. The views are amazing. The house is decorated with beautiful Mexican artwork and furniture. Wifi fast enough with no interruptions. The kitchens are outfitted with enough pots and pans for anyone who wants to cook. There is also a grill, and the staff will deliver charcoal if you need it. Water is filtrated and fine. We had some minor problems with the golf cart, which were promptly attended to by Ernesto, the manager who is on call. Besides, the location is just a five minute walk from all the stores and restaurants. The staff did a great job of keeping things need and tidy, while not being obtrusive. We will definitely return. Thanks again!

Exceeds all expectations!
This is my husbands and my second trip to Sayulita. It really is the most magical place! This time we returned with 4 other couples and stayed at Casa Paloma for the first time. Everyone was blown away by the house and the views! The beds were so comfortable! We drew numbers for the rooms so it would be fair. My husband and I got the smallest room without a view and decided it was the best by the end of the trip! It stayed nice and cool and dark and could actually freeze our self out with the amazing air conditioner! So cozy and perfect! And by no means actually small! The grounds keeper and house keeper kept everything so clean and lovely the whole time! Loved that everything was walking distance, even though there is a nice little hill to clime, it didn’t keep us from walking everywhere! Had a pregnant girl and she did rent a golf cart witch came in handy! The pool was salt water to my supersize and made it even more inviting! Love this place and will be returning hopefully sooner then 4 years this time;)!

Casa Paloma is Sayulita gem!!!
As they all say, pictures don’t do the place justice. Far superior in reality! Casa Paloma was the highlight of our two family Sayulita summer vacation. Four girls age 10 to 13 and two couples.
Three separate living areas so all of us could be together or alone whenever we desired. Unique and exquisite decor and art. Great communication by owners prior to trip made it easy. Great house manager while at property that was always available and prompt with answers to any questions.
Upstairs open air living, dining, and kitchen provided unmatched views of beach. Could watch the kids surf from the Casa. Unbelievable Views straight out of a movie. I suggest renting the entire property for the entire experience. Very safe and secure property . Rooftop views are crazy cool!
Not sure would want our 80 year old parents walking up and down the very cool garden path (mini Lombard street) to the beach and town but really fun for us. We did lots of surfing, stand up paddle, and shopping. Don’t waste time and money shipping boards as can rent any kind for cheap. Be prepared for onslaught of locals selling their goods on street and beach. Lots of very cool stuff but gets old saying , no gracias. The 2-hour horseback ride through the jungle to the beach from painted ponies was awesome. Four girls rode as slow or fast as wanted on the beach. If want a party boat to snorkel, kayak, and water slide into ocean then Chica Locca is the one. Unlimited open bar and super fun crew. Goes to Las Marrietas islands . Dolphins stayed with the boat for probably 30 minutes so close kids could touch them. Daniel of Mexitik was our personal chef for birthday dinner last night. Unbelievable Asian fusion dishes at half the price would have paid at high end restaurant in our area. Flambayed fresh tuna steaks off the boat, three types of spring rolls (try the marlin) and avacado chocolate mousse that was possibly the best dessert I have ever enjoyed. If want basic Mexican then let Dora & Santos (they double as the housekeeping crew) fix you up enchiladas.
When go back to Sayulita, I wouldn’t even consider looking for another property.
Dennis and Kathleen, thanks for the memories!

A True Gem
We all left Sayulita in agreement that this has to be the best house in town. We’re a group of 11 hard-working 30-somethings and before arrival, went through the normal concerns about there not being truly enough space, or the photos being out of date, etc. It was more than we had hoped for! The pool was our savior from the heat of the rainy season and we had more than enough space to spread out, each couple getting their own bathroom. The house was clean and decorated really well and the house crew (Ernesto and Dora) were genuinely such sweet, good people who ensured we had everything we needed it all times. The house (truly)was a very short walk to the beach and town. We also rented a golf cart to alleviate the sharp walk hill up from town during the heat to carry groceries, which was worth it. It was a super memorable, wonderful trip thanks to this great house. We will come back, no doubt! Thank you!

Couldn’t ask for better
This has been an amazing trip. The house is amazing. The view is spectacular. Easy access to beach and town. 5 couples shared the house and the layout is perfectly accommodating. We gather on the middle floor for coffee and breakfast, spend the day at the pool and the evenings up on the roof. Dora, the housekeeper, has cleaned up all of our messes, giving each day a fresh new start. We all hope to come back someday.

Fred and Family
I have traveled extensively in Mexico and have been in Sayulita before. From the planning stages to the day we left, Dennis, Joan and their staff could not have been more helpful or efficient. They have been in this business for a long time and it shows. We were lucky enough to have been there when they were in town, but it would not have mattered as far as the wonderful service from Ernesto the manager, Dora our cook and the crew who cleaned. All friendly and accommodating. There were post evening storm electrical issues that were promptly attended to and a plumbing issue beyond their control and that could have been disastrous but was addressed right away. The place is clean, wonderfully decorated and relatively new. We had 7 in our family party ranging in age from 15 -82. How many would be comfortable depends entirely on the configuration of your group but there was plenty of room and privacy for my mom and dad, myself and four teen and young adult kids. Sayulita itself is simply a picture postcard gem on Mexico’s pacific coast with great restaurants and plenty to do from surfing to shopping and strolling and everything in between. In my opinion June is perfect there but I like it hot. Ocean breezes and solid AC and a crystal clean medium sized pool make it tolerable when you need to get cooled off. All-in-All you just can’t go wrong with Casa Poloma or, I am sure, any other of Dennis and Joan’s first class Sayulita properties. I know I will be back one day.

Perfect house for wedding party
We rented Casa Paloma during our stay for our wedding. We absolutely loved the house, location and view. The house is very clean as Dora and staff work hard daily. Ernesto is extremely responsive when you need him and takes care of all your requests. The house is even more beautiful in person. Each room provides plenty of space to share and/or privacy when needed. Choosing Casa Paloma was the perfect choice for making our wedding even more special. Our wedding photographer actually took pictures at the house as she was blown away by it’s Mexican beauty. Thank you!

Our Family loved staying at Casa Paloma-what a wonderful location and property! While the pictures were beautiful, the villa itself and the location surpassed the pictures! It was breathtaking. Upon first entering, you see the ocean and surfers in front of you, with almost every room in the villa having a view! Plus the artwork was lovely throughout. The house is perfect for a family reunion as there are 5 bedrooms each with it’s own bathroom. PLUS there are two outdoor showers-perfect for the surfers in the group! One evening we had a group of 11 teens and 8 adults for dinner and everyone was comfortable. Dora and Ernesto were very helpful during our stay-Dora made a wonderful chicken mole one night! A truly memorable vacation in a beautiful home!

Exquisite
I do not usually write reviews but Casa Paloma deserves one! Our family plus friends rented it right after the Christmas holidays. We had the best vacation in Sayulita in a very special house, designed and appointed with incredible taste, gorgeous Mexican art everywhere and views that are truly breathtaking! You cannot tell how beautiful this setting is from photos. When you step out on the large patio and see the whole bay and coastline and watch the surfers below the house, you will know what I mean. This house is huge, with wonderful decorations, huge bathrooms, 3 kitchens, 2 outdoor showers, and large tropical gardens that made me completely envious. There was plenty of room and privacy for everyone. We also loved the location – super close to everything and no car was necessary. We met Dennis, the owner who has 2 other houses right next door that are equally spectacular. Next year we are going to get a larger group together and rent two of his houses. I also must mention the wonderful staff and Dora’s excellent cooking. If I could, I would give Casa Paloma a six star rating – it is that special.

Perfect spot for our group
This is our fourth trip to Sayulita, but this time my husband and I returned with all of his immediate family to celebrate my father-in-law’s 80th birthday. We rented both Casa Sonadora and Villa Collina. We put the two families with young children in Casa Sonadora because it had the bigger and more comfortable dining and living room space, and that way all 16 of us could hang out there at night after we put the little kids to bed.
Casa Sonadora is by far the nicest place I’ve ever stayed in Sayulita– it’s brand new, really well constructed, super comfy beds, sheets, etc., everything worked beautifully and the house itself is big and spacious and gorgeous. Each couple took a master’s suite, and we divided the 6 kids into the other two rooms and they were happy as clams. The pool was a HUGE hit– it’s unusual to have a heated pool in Sayulita, and the kids spent almost every hour that they weren’t in the waves in the pool, and that made our life easy and pleasant. We had one three year old non-swimmer, and he simply wore his life jacket whenever he was outside, and that put us all at ease. It also helped to sit down the first day and lay down some house rules with the kids (regarding the balconies, roof, etc.).
The views are great, and it’s really centrally located. Easy to walk down to town and the beach. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful home in a perfect location!!!
We had a fantastic week in Sayulita! The town is lovely and the location of Casa Paloma could not be more ideal. It is situated on a hill overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. While this may be difficult for older or disabled residents, there is a golf cart available which makes access a breeze. The home itself is lovely offering loads of privacy and beautiful porches from which to view the town and beach. The roof top patio is spectacular! We had a group of 5 couples and one child. The house easily accommodated all of us. The kitchens were well-stocked, the bedrooms were beautiful with lovely private bathrooms, and the eating facilities made it easy to have breakfast or dinner at home. Don’t think twice about booking this lovely property!

Sayulita Wedding Party House
We loved staying at Casa Paloma. We had our entire wedding party staying at the house. It was also a great spot to have people over. We had 2 BBQs with about 20 people each. The location was perfect. I liked being right by the beach and also near town. I liked that we were not so close to town that it was loud. The top palapa was gorgeous. Our photographer said it was the most beautiful place she had taken getting ready photos before. We ended up doing most of our pre-wedding photos at the house which was great. The staff was very helpful and easily accessible. I would highly recommend the house!

Exceptional Family vacation for all generations!!
Our extended family just returned home from Casa Paloma. We had 6 adults and 4 children aged 2,3,4 and 6. The entire rental process from start to finish was handled promptly and professionally. We utilized the recommendations for transportation from and to the airport and were very happy with this service as well. The pictures DO NOT do this magnificent home justice. It is stunningly beautiful and we felt at home right away. Our children were taught the rules right at the get go and adjusted to the open air concept of the second floor with no issues. Dora prepared a wonderful meal for us and we frequented a number of restaurants (all amazing though Don Pedro’s was a little too pricey and North American like) for our taste. The golf cart rental made everything simple with bringing back heavy groceries and carting the little ones to and fro. Our kids called it the kid car. As mentioned, the noise in the evenings was quite loud some nights but the Casita and back bedrooms were most affected and we had the kids in those rooms. The pool is perfect for families with small children (ours are 2,3,4 and 6) and it was hard to get them out of it, though in the winter months I would recommend heating very early mornings to accommodate the early risers we had in our group. Ernesto (PM) was great and helped us whenever we needed it as was Santos – another staff member at the house. I would recommend this house to anyone but be prepared for the openess of it (which I loved!!!) and definitely go into town (it is a couple of blocks at most) often as Sayulita is now officially our favorite destination to Mexico and we have been to many!!!

Manager response: Thanks so much Jennifer for your glowing review. I did want to mention something about the noise. A group of us have been working with the local and state municipalities, police and tourist board for a long time to seriously deal with the music noise levels at night. They are finally fully monitoring it now and I can very happily state, it seems to be finally resolved. My wife and I have been in Casa Paloma for a week now (staying in the casita) and have slept with the windows open every night. And we are again enjoying the wonderful sound of the ocean. A very pleasant change!
Amazing Casa Paloma and Sayulita!
We just returned from 8 days at beautiful Casa Paloma. We were 11 people, which included 4 kids, ages 3-5 years old. The house is designed so that we were all comfortable and had our private spaces. Also, the house really works fine for small children as long as they are kept off the roof top deck and supervised. The kids quickly learned the limits of the house.
The views are spectacular and the outdoor areas inviting. We spent most of our days at the beach and did not utilize the pool very much, as we thought it was a bit cold. The gardens are serene and beautifully maintained.
The decor is tasteful with authentic Mexican art, furniture and tile. The beds are comfy and the kitchens adequate. We all loved the outdoor shower by the pool! We had most of our meals prepared by a chef but also enjoyed the many restaurants in town and on the beach. Ernesto, the property manager, was readily available for questions and assistance when needed. Dora and her staff took incredible care of the house and thankfully cleaned it on a daily basis.
The only downsize was the loud rock music blaring late into the wee hours on a couple of nights. We were only impacted about 3 out of the 8 nights so it wasn’t too bad. You could close the doors to minimize the sound but we love the sound of the waves and the feel of the warm tropical air at night. Maybe it is the trade off for the great location. My family would say it is worth it! My husband and I stayed in the Casita which seemed to be most affected.
The path to the beach is charming, the neighborhood attractive and safe, and the house beautiful and accommodating. We love the beach, the restaurants and shops in Sayulita and, especially, the people. Kathleen, with whom I communicated about the property, was efficient, helpful and made the entire reservation process a breeze. We will definitely return to Sayulita and, if as a large group, stay at Casa Paloma.

Unimaginable Perfection
Overlooking the beach, this incredibly beautiful house enjoys warm breezes which can be enjoyed from four decks. The house is furnished with colorful Mexican art, and filled with color, photos can’t really do justice to it. Very helpful staff.
We had a family reunion in town, and scattered our large family groups through several houses. This one was by far the most beautiful. Also, very spacious, easily accommodating six adults and three children.

Sayulita on my mind…
I have been to Mexico at least two dozen times, and my wife and I have rented many properties around the world , and your house is one of the most beautiful property in which we stayed.
All of us have really enjoyed our stay at Casa Paloma. We have particularly enjoyed the quiet and laid back atmosphere of Sayulita, the kindness of the people as well as the amenities, comfort and location of the house. It was a PERFECT setting to celebrate the Dia del Muertos with our friends, and embrace the Sayulita Life.
On behalf of all of us, I would also like to commend Ernesto for his availability and responsiveness. His advice and help have certainly been a great factor in the quality of our stay. He is a wonderful and dedicated manager.
This was a truly relaxing and wonderful vacation for all of us, and we will highly recommend this property to relatives and friends. Casa Paloma far exceeded our expectations.
Thank you again for allowing us to use your property and for making our stay in Sayulita memorable and pleasurable. We will certainly be back.

Casa Paloma
Without hesitation, I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation. The staff was very attentive and took care of all our needs. Ernesto, the property manager, was always available to us for any reason. We felt very well taken care of. Dora cooked us a delicious meal our first night there. The house was perfect. Comfortable, well maintained and the perfect Sayulita location. My family, feeling sad our week was too quickly over, decided we would go back two times a year from now on.

Labor day weekend in Sayulita: Review
We were 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids ages 1-4) who spent 4 days in Sayulita over labor day weekend. You cant go wrong with Casa Sonadora – excellent pool, well kept manicured lawns, clean rooms, excellent logistics (both Dennis and Eric on-site)… Rooms/amenities/appliances everything set up and up to date…. great sound system/AV equipment throughout the house to keep kids entertained when they were not in the pool! Cannot find any negatives…. great location to town plaza, beach and restaurants…. View was spectacular from all the levels of the house….

Outstanding
We had a group of 10 friends that hired the villa and we had the most wonderful time. The staff were fantastic, with the rooms and villa being beautifully made up each day and we thoroughly enjoyed the night the ladies cooked for us, the food was delicious and it was great to be able to watch them cook in the kitchen.
The villa itself is stunning, we very much appreciated the individual art and the effort that has gone into making it such a lovely place to stay. Such a great view of the ocean and a 2 minute walk down the hill into town and the beach, made the location just perfect.
The booking process from start to finish was also very easy, and responses to queries arrived very quickly.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Casa Palmoa time and again.
Thank you.

Loved Sayulita
When looking for place to stay in Sayulita, I investigated many nice looking homes and read lots of reviews. Everything about Casa Paloma looked too good to be true. All I can say is that it is as amazing as the previous reviews indicated. The photos and videos show you a beautiful home, but once you arrive, you will know that it is more exceptional than that. The home has amazing attention to detail and beautiful, unique artwork everywhere. The views and ocean breezes could not have been better. How wonderful to have relaxing massages on the rooftop palapa and then a special dinner made for us by Dora and Anna. We rented the entire house as we were in Sayulita for our daughter’s wedding and had lots of family and friends around. There are many comfortable private spaces and areas that everyone can gather and enjoy their time together. The salt water pool was warm and inviting, the bedrooms and baths were very comfortable and well appointed. I wish I could have just ignored technology completely, but I didn’t and the wireless worked great. The proximity to town and the beach was as easy as walking down the beautiful path or taking the golf cart for a short trip. We had a chance to meet Dennis and Joan and look at their other houses. I would come down to stay at any one of them. They love their homes and want to be sure everything is going well for whoever is renting them. Ernesto, the property manager provided us with good information and rescued us after we had left some important items in the house. MUCHAS GRACIAS A TODOS!

WE LOVED CASA PALOMA!!
If you are looking for a gorgeous home, in a very convenient location (5 minutes to beach; 5 minutes to the Plaza), with a very attentive and wonderful staff (many thanks to Yvonne (property manager extraordinaire), Dora and her staff (who kept the house spotless and who is a great cook – Dora cooked 2 meals for us and they were great), and Thorne (Yvonne’s husband/real estate agent who tirelessly showed us homes after we’d fallen in love with Sayulita & wanted to move there), then book Casa Paloma immediately. Each and every one of our group of 10 (including 6 teenagers) LOVED it! We will, without question, be back. Thanks very much to the Duffs, Dora & staff, Yvonne & Thorne!!
